2.1. Transaction Errors: Refunds will be considered if a duplicate payment or error occurs during the donation process due to technical issues or user error.
2.2. Unauthorized Transactions: If a donation is made without the donor’s consent, a refund request can be submitted for consideration.
2.3. Request Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Donations
3.1. Donations made towards completed projects, utilized funds, or specific campaigns are non-refundable.
3.2. Donations made anonymously or without proper documentation may not qualify for a refund.

Full name of the donor
Date and amount of donation
Transaction ID or receipt
Reason for the refund request
4.2. Verification: The trust will review the request and verify the details provided. Additional information may be requested to process the refund.
4.3. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days. The amount will be refunded through the same payment method used for the donation.
